I feel that depressions shows up more for fixed mindsets because they have to continuously prove themselves in different aspects of life which can take a toll on you.
@josh depression shows in fixed mindsets more because they think that failure is the end and there is nothing to be done to help it.
@Jake sometimes it is bad to have a fixed mindset because failure depresses those people rather then influences them to do better, yet a fixed person has confidence when they aren't failing which could be a good trait.
@Charlie how to people with growth mindsets deal with depression?
@will I believe that people can have both growth and fixed mindsets because someone can feel motivated by defeat and discouraged from failure
